Technical Support (Internship)

I provided technical support for the Sonic Arts department at Republic Polytechnic. My responsibilities included checking and organising equipment before and after use. I assisted with inventory checks and ensured equipment was properly stored. I helped move flight cases and audio equipment safely between locations. I supported equipment setup and teardown for classes and events. Through these tasks, I developed teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.

This internship gave me a better understanding of how behind-the-scenes technical support keeps lessons and events running smoothly. I learned to work efficiently under time constraints, adapt to changing priorities, and pay close attention to detail when handling professional audio equipment. It also showed me the importance of reliability and teamwork in a technical environment.
